How much experience does your staff have?
Elevated Pulse has been providing the best in Mobile Entertainment for over 10 years. Each staff member is highly trained in responsibilities of both DJ and Emcee, has a broad knowledge of all genres of music, and hands-on experience in several types of events.

Do you specialize in any types of music?
Elevated Pulse caters to YOUR needs. We have thousands of songs available at our fingertips on the day of your big event. We always meet with our clients ahead of time to ensure any special music requests are available at your event.

Why do I need to sign a contract?
Contracts are an important aspect of maintaining professionalism. DJs that operate on an informal, verbal, or handshake agreement are known to be late, unprofessional, and unreliable. Having a contract ensures that your exact needs are outlined in advance and will be met.

How much extra is it to be an Emcee / Announcer at my event?
Elevated Pulse provides Emcee service at no extra cost. All of our DJs have Emcee experience in front of large audiences and they know exactly how to address a crowd to get a great response. We will gladly make any announcements, run raffles, or even host games for children, depending on the type of event. Other DJ companies charge much more for this simple service.
What happens if your equipment breaks at my event?
We always arrive early to allow enough time for sound and lighting checks. Plus, our equipment is serviced regularly to ensure a smooth show with no technical difficulties on your big day.  However, should a problem arise, we always carry extra equipment to make sure the music never stops.

Does your company have insurance?
Absolutely! We always carry an industry standard of $1,000,000 liability coverage at every event.
Does your company belong to any associations or participate in the community?
Elevated Pulse takes pride in being a member of the nations leading DJ association, The ADJA, and we are also active members of The Southern Orange County Regional Chamber Of Commerce.
What different forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards through PayPal.
All deposits are due on the day of the contract signing, and the remaining
balance should be paid on the day of or prior to the event.
